o encourage brand loyalty, we threw an intimate brunch for 25 of the brand's most loyal fans. they had first dibs on the new launch products as well as a 1-on-1 make-up lesson from the brand ambassador. during this time, brand managers also got the chance to interact with their customers and have a better understanding of their target audience.
